Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHA6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHA6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PLEKHA6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PLEKHA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
