Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL67P, RN7SL459P, and LPCAT3. Each is linked with PLEKHA5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA5 versus RN7SL67P in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
