Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMTA1-AS2, RNU6-189P, and PTP4A3. Each is linked with PLEKHA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA5-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA5 results are reported.
