PLEKHA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, SEL1L2, and FGF3. Each is linked with PLEKHA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA4-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB1 grouped by PLEKHA4-low versus PLEKHA4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
