Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,417 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, CDCP1, and MYO1E. Each is linked with PLEK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEK2 versus UPP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
