PLEK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,383 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, RCSD1_S351, and RGS19. Each is linked with PLEK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEK versus RCSD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
