Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEK protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,699 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFI30, IL16, and ITGAL. Each is linked with PLEK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEK versus IFI30 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
