Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHITM, COX5A, and TOMM22P5. Each is linked with PLEK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHITM grouped by PLEK-low versus PLEK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
