Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PLEK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK results are reported.
