Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,650 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPP2, ZC3H12B, and BTBD10. Each is linked with PLEK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEK versus PLPP2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
