Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A, PDILT, and GPR33. Each is linked with PLEK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEK-to-partner and partner-to-PLEK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO5A grouped by PLEK-low versus PLEK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
