Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,988 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42EP5, COL3A1, and LUZP1. Each is linked with PLD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD1 versus CDC42EP5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
