PLD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,736 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3, CEP128, and PABPC1L. Each is linked with PLD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLD1 versus PI3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
