PLD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 385 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, F9, and INSL4. Each is linked with PLD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by PLD1-low versus PLD1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
