Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLCL2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PLCL2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PLCL2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLCL2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

BLCA, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PLCL2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
