Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, TAL1, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with PLCL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCL1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCL1 versus DIPK2B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
