PLCH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,987 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, EIF1, and NR2C2AP. Each is linked with PLCH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCH1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by PLCH1-low versus PLCH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
