Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, RCSD1, and STK4. Each is linked with PLCG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCG2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCG2 results are reported.
