PLCE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, MAOB, and GNPNAT1. Each is linked with PLCE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCE1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by PLCE1-low versus PLCE1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
