Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and FASN. Each is linked with PLCE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCE1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PLCE1-low versus PLCE1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
