Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,089 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with PLCE1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCE1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCE1 results are reported.
