PLCE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,111 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS1R2, TRIM51, and TP53AIP1. Each is linked with PLCE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCE1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS1R2 grouped by PLCE1-low versus PLCE1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
