Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,282 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL46, PSAT1, and ZNF121. Each is linked with PLCD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCD4 versus MRPL46 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
