Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, NDRG1_pT346, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PLCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD4 results are reported.
