Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS21, INSL4, and RBMY1F. Each is linked with PLCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD4 results are reported.
