Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,046 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, SH3BGRL2, and SPTBN1. Each is linked with PLCB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCB4 versus TRIM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
