Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,285 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, APMAP, and MYO1G. Each is linked with PLCB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCB1 versus XRN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
