Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 604 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-1, EIF4A1, and GLOD4. Each is linked with PLCB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-1 grouped by PLCB1-low versus PLCB1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
