Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,983 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB8, CRYBG3, and STAB1. Each is linked with PLB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLB1 versus SERPINB8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
