Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFP1, GLOD4, and OR4C45. Each is linked with PLB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFP1 grouped by PLB1-low versus PLB1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
