Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAUR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,130 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAUR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, MNDA, and ITGAM. Each is linked with PLAUR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAUR-to-partner and partner-to-PLAUR results are reported.
