Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAUR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,786 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAUR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL7, LINC01615, and RN7SL368P. Each is linked with PLAUR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAUR-to-partner and partner-to-PLAUR results are reported.
