Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAUR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 429 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAUR-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX5AP2, IGHD6-6, and RN7SKP277. Each is linked with PLAUR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAUR-to-partner and partner-to-PLAUR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX5AP2 grouped by PLAUR-low versus PLAUR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAUR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAUR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
