Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,769 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, PPP1R18_S368, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with PLAU in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAU-to-partner and partner-to-PLAU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAU versus C1R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
