Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAU-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1266, RNU6-1305P, and RPSAP32. Each is linked with PLAU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAU-to-partner and partner-to-PLAU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1266 grouped by PLAU-low versus PLAU-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
