Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAU-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3DP, KRT85, and KRT84. Each is linked with PLAU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAU-to-partner and partner-to-PLAU results are reported.
