Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,840 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANTXR1, PXDN, and PARVA. Each is linked with PLAT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAT-to-partner and partner-to-PLAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAT versus ANTXR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
