PLAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, BAG1, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with PLAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAT-to-partner and partner-to-PLAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by PLAT-low versus PLAT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
