PLAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,765 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trans-synaptic signaling by BDNF, modulating synaptic transmission, Trans-synaptic signaling by BDNF, and Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Each is linked with PLAT in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAT-to-partner and partner-to-PLAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Trans-synaptic signaling by BDNF, modulating synaptic transmission grouped by PLAT-low versus PLAT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
