PLAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L4, SERPINB12, and KCND3. Each is linked with PLAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAT-to-partner and partner-to-PLAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L4 grouped by PLAT-low versus PLAT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
