PLAGL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,763 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAGL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RALY, DHX9, and NCOA5. Each is linked with PLAGL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAGL2 versus RALY in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
