Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,578 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGGT1B, PURA, and CCNB1IP1. Each is linked with PLAGL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL2 results are reported.
