Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,849 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATMIN, DDX19A, and NIPA1. Each is linked with PLAGL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATMIN grouped by PLAGL2-low versus PLAGL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
