Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PLAGL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL2 results are reported.
