PLAGL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAGL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G7, SEMG2, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with PLAGL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G7 grouped by PLAGL2-low versus PLAGL2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
