PLAGL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,907 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILK, FERMT2, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with PLAGL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAGL1 versus ILK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
