Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,353 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX10, NSD2, and BICRAL. Each is linked with PLAGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAGL1 versus STX10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
