PLAGL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC14, CPLX3, and DNAJA1P1. Each is linked with PLAGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAGL1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AC14 grouped by PLAGL1-low versus PLAGL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
