PLAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP11B2, OR52L1, and HSPA8P17. Each is linked with PLAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP11B2 grouped by PLAG1-low versus PLAG1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
