PLAC8L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC8L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC8L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-1, NDUFA5P4, and RN7SL728P. Each is linked with PLAC8L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC8L1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC8L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-1 grouped by PLAC8L1-low versus PLAC8L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC8L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC8L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
